Member - Join the clan
Sergeant - 1 recruit and be in for a week
Lieutenant - 3 recruits and be in for a month
Captain - 5 recruits and up to Founder's decision
Major - Up to Founder's decision
Brigadier - Up to the Founder's decision
Founder - Up to Creator's decision
Co Creator - Helped make the clan
Creator - Made the clan

(Subject to Change)
